This page is intended for the use of R2D:A Wikia Moderators+, or users who are wanting to read the rules.
Whenever blocking a user, proof is required to be posted within the block description by the blocker so the user can know what they did wrong. There are exceptions.
Warnings reset after month has passed.
Removing the warning without permission from staff will result in an immediate block.
A block can be revoked by any moderator if this requirement is not met.
If you are blocked by the Abuse Filter bot, you will be re-blocked, when appropriate.
Users who break a rule within this category will receive a warning before a moderator takes action. Repeated offences from a user do not need a warning.
- Swearing: Use of foul language. [Few hours - 1 day]
- Use #### in place of foul words, however, words like "wtf", "shit", "lmao", and such are still allowed.
- Misuse of Article: Creating a page for the wrong purpose. [Few hours - 1 day]
- Use the forums for ideas, and if needed, your own user blogs for personal articles uses.
- Changing Quote Bubble: Changing an already filled quote. [1 day]
- Ask for permission from the owner of the quote prior to editing their quote.
- This rule also means no correcting grammar or adding words etc. to a filled out quote.
- Posting Large Images: Posting an image that takes up a large portion of the page. [1 day]
- Remember to check how big it will appear on the page before posting it. Restrict it.
- Creating Threads in the Wrong Category: Creating a thread on the wrong board. [1 day]
- Check if you are posting on the Official Announcement board before publishing.
- Only Wikia Moderators and those given clearance by Wikia Moderators can post on the Quote Claim board.
- Edit Another User's Profile: Editing another user's profile. [2 days]
- Ask for permission from the user prior to editing their profile.
- Adding useless/false information: Adding joke tips/trivia to pages. [Few hours - 1 day]
- Make sure what you are placing is useful and truthful.
- For suggestions, use forum instead.
- Troll suggestions: Creating a suggestion with no clear attempt to format it properly with intentions only to troll other users. [Few hours - 1 day]
- Only applies if it is outside the Trash board.
Users who break a rule within this category will receive a warning before a moderator takes action.
- Attacking the Staff Team: Insulting the people that work for R2D. [3 days - 1 week]
- This especially applies after you were banned, but this can happen if you are being just plain annoying.
- Talking Bad About Other Users: Tarnishing a player's reputation. [3 days - 1 week]
- Intentionally saying statements that cause other people to have a negative option about the subject.
- Taunting: A remark made in order to anger, wound, or provoke someone. [3 days - 1 week]
- Topics of sensitivity will be especially monitored.
- Spamming: Excessive repetition of a message. [3 days - 1 week]
- Sending the same message randomly to people, or simply reposting the same message over and over.
- Flooding a page with large amounts of text or images can be considered as spam.
- Repeatedly making non-constructive edits falls under this (an example of this is commenting in a short space of time or adding and removing one word to get 100 edits).
- Gossip: Excessively tarnishing a player's reputation. [3 days - 1 week]
- The action of intruding into a user's private life, and creating rumours.
- Harassment: Aggressive pressure or intimidation. [3 days - 2 weeks]
- Block duration will increase drastically if the user attacked is new to the Wikia.
- Flamewars: A lengthy exchange of angry or abusive messages between users. [3 days - 1 month]
- All users involved will be affected.
- Threats: Hack threats, hostile real life statements or suggestive suicide thoughts on someone. [3 week - 2 month]
- Ban users on sight for making death threats.
- Complaining about new mods getting hired: Applies in game, on the R2DA Discord, and the R2DA Wikia. Warn required first before proceeding to punish. Time varies on different platforms. [1 day]
Users who break a rule within this category will not receive a warning, and will be blocked on sight.
- Shocking Media: Usage of material that is intended to be revolting to viewers. [5 days - 2 weeks]
- Racism: Usage of hateful content against anyone. [1 week - 1 month]
- Hate Speech: Usage of content that encourages harmful acts against anyone. [1 week - 2 months]
- Being Suggestive: Discussing sexual subjects or using sexual words. [2 weeks - 1 month]
- Light suggestive comments will just be deleted and possibly warned for depending on severity.
- Vandalism: Deliberate destruction of damage to information or data on this wikia. [2 weeks - 1 month]
- Creating a new account just to vandalise will be counted under raiding.
- Scamming: A dishonest scheme. [2 weeks - 1 month]
- Terrorism: The use of violence and intimidation in the pursuit of political aims. [2 weeks - 1 month]
- Starting or incentivize any drama/chaos: Starting or incentivize any kind on drama or chaos in immature ways. [1 weeks - 1 month]
- If you want to talk about something controversial. Please, create a thread to talk about it. Act mature, civilized and don't cause any flamewar. If a thread gets out of control, it will be closed and users who incentivized the chaos will be punished.
- Group / Clan Targeting: The act of a Group or Clan of users targeting, harassing, bullying, or attacking of any sort of user(s) for their nationality, sexuality, disability, appearance etc. An investigation has to be put into place with PlaceRebuilder or an Administrator's approval before anything happens. Once PlaceRebuilder or an Administrator approves, all Head Staff from each platform have to agree to punish said Group / Clan, meaning if for example the HoW Team doesn't agree, then no punishment can be put into place for any platforms. [2 weeks - PERM]
- Depends on the severity.
- Everyone involved will be punished, not the whole Clan.
- Applies even if outside of R2D Discord/Ingame/Wikia.
- Requires HMod+ Approval for Ingame Ban
- Requires CHMod+ Approval for Discord Ban
- Requires HoW+ Approval for Wikia Ban
- Mention leaks: Mention or do a reference about the features that was leaked. [20 Days]
- Tell where you can find the leaks also count.
- Leaking Devs or Manager's inventory: Leaking information not generally known from PlaceRebuilder, Jopede or any other dev's inventory. [1 week]
- Voided if PlaceRebuilder, Kord_K or Jopede has already leaked it or Head Moderator grants permission.
- Deleting warnings: Deleting a warning without staff approval. [1 day]
- Inappropriate Username: Stay blocked until a user changes their username [TEMPORARY]
- Inappropriate Profile Picture: Stay blocked until a user changes their profile picture. [TEMPORARY]
- 10th Block: When a user reaches their tenth block on this Wikia, they are no longer welcome.
- Troll Account: The sole purpose of the account is to do inappropriate, harmful activities to everyone else.
- Alternative Account: Using an account to bypass an earlier ban or to pretend to be someone else.
- Malicious Offsite Links: Posting an offsite link whose content regards potentially harmful hacking activity.
- Pornography: Talking, posting or mentioning pornography.
- Raiding wiki: Self explanatory.
- Creating a new account just to vandalise is counted under this.
- Staff Impersonation: Owning an account whose username and behavior and/or appearance are prompted to impersonate an official staff member.
- Child Endangerment: Predatory behavior or anything that sexualizes children.
- Note for Moderators: ONLY BAN FOR THIS IF IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH CHILDREN, NOT WHEN USER IS JUST BEING SUGGESTIVE.
