  • Ombres This thread contains three suggestions of items (same concept).

    Summary

An energy drink with a grape flavor.

At each consumption, the survivor's stamina bar is fully regenerated.

    Background Story

Some rumors circulate about the idea that molecules of electrical elementals are used for the implementation of these beverages. People who drink this liquid will be boosted in energy.

    Tips

    • You can use this item 3 times.
      • Use this wisely, this item could save your life against hordes.
    • You can only equip a single can of any kinds into your inventory.
    • Pressing "Backspace" will you make drop the item.
    • Very useful in melee smash.

    Summary

An energy drink with a lemonade flavor.
At each consumption, the survivor is immune to radiation for a short time.

    Background Story

Survivors do not even care about their health in an apocalyptic situation even if the drinks are glowing or they produce tick sounds.

    Tips

    • You can use this item 5 times.
      • Use this wisely, this item could save your life against hordes.
    • The immunity effect lasts for 15 seconds.
      • 15 seconds multiplied by 5 uses results in a total immunization of 1 minute and 15 seconds.
    • You can only equip a single can of any kinds into your inventory.
    • Pressing "Backspace" will you make drop the item.
    • Useful when accomplishing campaign goals without worrying about radiation.

    Summary

An energy drink with lime flavor.
At each consumption, the survivor's jump height is doubled for a brief moment.

    Background Story

Scientists have found the cause of Edgars, consumers turn into Edgars once infected. The liquid from this can sparkle the tongue which explains their abnormal dimensions once mutated.

    Tips

    • If a survivor drinks the whole can and zombify himself, the zombified survivor can catch the survivors with his tongue (like Edgar) by taking advantage of the extra HPs.
    • You can use this item 5 times.
      • Use this wisely, this item could save your life against hordes.
    • Your jumps are twice as high when you drink.
    • Be careful, you are not immune from falling damages.
    • The effect lasts for 5 seconds per use.
    • You can only equip a single can of any kinds into your inventory.
    • Pressing "Backspace" will you make drop the item.

    • Sure. Would seem fun to use. I would change the effect time for No. 2 to 1 min

    • Energy Drink: I think that 5 uses is too much. If used correctly, this is essentially a refigured Prune/Pineapple juice.

Rad-active: Support, but it should at least have a cooldown between uses so that Tickers don't become completely useless. A minute and 15 seconds can be a long time in R2D:A

Toxic Tonic: Seems balanced, but I don't entirely see where this would be useful.

    • NRGY Drink: Like karen said, 5 uses is too much and it fully regenerates your stamina which is too much actually, make it like 3 uses or at least reduce the stamian regen while keeping the amount of usage.

Rad-active: 15 seconds is kind of alright, combined with 5 uses, it's alright too I guess, but as what Karen said about the cooldown, I agree.

Toxic Tonic: Automatically kudos, extra hp for Edgar is good

Yeah, there you go, here's your automatic kudos

Im not talking about stamina immunity, just refilling the bar.

      I know, but still

If you run out of stamina, use the drink, and regain all your stamina, it may as well be like you never lost it in the first place. It may not be infinite stamina, but it's essentially the same.

    • Energy Drink seems capable to work, just like the original.

Rad-active should only have two uses tbh, it would equal to a total of 2 mins and 30 secs, which shouldn't be too big of a deal.

Toxic Tonic seems like a neat feature, but they should have a timer at least on it's degrading until the effect diminishes.

Other than that, a lovely suggestion. You got ym kudos!

(also nice job on making the icons)

    • NRGY drink should heal you 5 hp

        Loading editor
    • Try to make the uses a little less as the 5 uses is a little bit too much make it like 2 - 1 uses. I'll support you on this idea

    • They all sound equally tasty

    • Very good idea buddy

If only I knew how to make icons for my suggestions...

    • I feel as if the stamina one shouldn't just do the same thing as the Candy Cane but better. Perhaps remove the stamina regeneration cooldown instead.

The others seem too situational to be used over more powerful items like pills, medkits, and pipes. Maybe make them available from live store or buff them somehow.

You know the stamina juice just refills your stamina right?

    • I only supporting for the Stamina and radiation drinks, the jump boost drink is just ridiculous.

I like the jump boost drink cause you can become an Edgar when zombified

I like the fact that you become a different zombie when zombified
