I've been listening to a ton of points players have made ingame and in this wikia, and I think it's time we remake the stalker, to be a bit more fair, but still capable of being a support zombie.Â
Our current stalker can:
-Basic Relocate
-Grab Players that take damage from other zombies
-10 HP damage
-High Walkspeed, Jump, and moderate health.
Now, I do see some things the stalker should be good in, but is not, and it's absolutely overpowered aspects that ward-off from being a zombie that's supposed to take out survivors and drop them in hordes one-by-one. First of all, although it is a support zombie that does the mentioned above, it should not be able to relocate with a survivor in-hand. While I do believe this is unintentional, it does concern me much to add this in. Yes, it is supposed to be a support zombie, but if they can grab/relocate, it sounds like very OP to me. Of course, you CAN try to not be grabbed in the first place, but still, my points stay. Second of all, what's with the shield? I don't really see why we should've added it in the first place, and yes, even with stamina consume, it still is OP, and practically gives you an opportunity to pick survivors and relocate as mentioned above. We should replace this shield with "Invisibility", you can still get shot at, but you can run off the line of fire. Finally, I'd like to list that the stalker should get a SERIOUS remake of it's model, it might come in a later update, but I still like to bring that up.
Nerfs:
-Unable to Relocate while holding a survivor.
-Shield removed.
-Ability: "Big Blocking Annoying Arms": Survivors being held take 50% less damage from zombie hits. (not brutes, fire, or radiation"
Buffs:
-Ability: "Invisibility"Â : You hold the same button as shield, in order to go invisible, YOU still take damage, and fire damage can easily expose you. You can't do this in arena "kill the last zombies".
-25% more stamina
