Changes: R2DA King Cake Celebration

Summary

The King Cake Celebration celebrated the return of the King Cake. It brought back a remake of R2D's King Cake.

The real reason for this celebration isn't clear. However, the celebration coincided with the 50M visits R2DA had. It also coincided with Easter 2018. Although not being an event, it did introduce special features permanently that otherwise wouldn't be around for another part of the year.
