Summary
On April the First, it is a tradition that we (the staff team) add fake news on the Wikia/Discord to make us laugh at people falling for our jokes. This page is a summary of all the jokes we have done.
April Fools 2018
Katana - Yiris
Interesting enough, it actually became an actual weapon in-game.

Summary
A really long Japanese sword from the past. It is commonly used by Japanese Samurai as a weapon. The Katana is known for its big grip, and curved, single-edged blade, that can easily cut through many surfaces.
Background Story
After a lot of complaints by Survivors about the lack of Sword Melee weapons, L Brain Sidework decided to search for the ideal Melee weapon. One that is light, durable, and most of all, looks cool. They decided on the Katana just for those reasons.
Tips
- Use this on hordes of zombies to take them out quickly.
- Due to the Penetration, this weapon works well on VS Environment.
- Since the Katana can not trip or stun, you are still vulnerable to zombies while using this weapon, so avoid getting too close.
Trivia
- This is the second Sword in R2DA.
- The first being the Xmas Sword.
- This is the first melee weapon to penetrate through five zombies at once.
Straw Hat - Yiris

Summary
A hat made out of straw, typically used by Asian Farmers to keep the sun out of their eyes.
Background Story
How can you have a Katana without a Straw Hat? This strange hat somehow gives you more Strength and Energy to combat the undead.
Tips
- Bringing two secondaries still gives you the health bonus.
- Try bringing a heavy Secondary such as the Mini-Uzi or CK Swat to use as your "Primary".
- You can still burn through stamina fast with this armor equipped, so always bring a booster such as a Candy Cane.
Trivia
- This is the first Armor to grant different boosts, based on your loadout.
- This is the second Armor you wear on your head.
- The first being the Yeti Helmet.

Railgun return - Yiris

Summary

Background Story
An old legend returns from the dead.
The Railgun was merely a myth to survivors, some saying it existed and they have seen it with their own two eyes, others claiming that it never was an actual thing. The truth is, after the abandonment of the Railgun in replacement for the FATAL5, K177 kept the old materials from the Railgun and hoped to someday release a new one, better than ever before.
After K177 finally had the technology to reinvent the Railgun, they started without hesitation. Many survivors have rumored about the return of the Railgun, claiming they have seen parts of Railguns being transported around the world, but for now, the Railgun seems to be only a mystery.
Tips
- Aiming is crucial when wielding the Railgun since it takes a long time to reload or even shoot again.
- With a nice headshot, you can instantly kill a Ticker.
- The Railgun's accuracy is near perfect, aim for brutes from afar.
- A laser shot can pierce through zombies, so if you ever find zombies conveniently lining up, take the shot!
Trivia
- FATAL5 will be removed next update, u won't get a refund for ur skins. (Lol really?)
- First weapon to be removed and then re-added, if you don't count the AK-47 as a readdition for the Kalashnivoka.

April Fools 2020
Note: Many of these jokes were actually real things, just that they were leaked during April Fools to give the impressions that these were jokes, therefore meaning that nobody thought that they were real, fooling them twice.
- The Jacksplot Lucky Day Event was originally intended to be exclusively an April Fools joke, only to then later become a real celebration, with modified meshes, due to the quality of the idea.
- All the Fake Skins were actually real, they were posted on April Fools so that nobody would think they were actually real.
- The Easter Event 2020 was actually postponed and renamed to the Summer Event 2020, in a way cancelling the Easter Event 2020.
Wikia Theme Changes - WikiaColors
- Wikia Theme Changes:
- Reverted to R2D Wikia dark theme.
- Graphic changed to King Cheese Battleground.
- Home Page Changes:
- Trailer changed to fanmade version (then R2DA music video).
- Text edited to be slightly different.

- Buttons lead to troll videos.
- Did you know box changed to include fake points.
- @XelPixels Twitter box changed to @EarthSClosed.

Jacksplot Lucky Day Event - Minininho02 & Arceus12203
Note that only the Jacksplot boss was an official April Fools, everything else was fan made.

Summary
Jacksplot 7 is a slot machine come to life. Nobody really knows why, and during the apocalypse, how things formed is the last of anybody’s worries.
You fight it in its domain, named Jacksplot Imagination.
Background Story
Lost in the void.
Survivors came here just to play poker cards with a gothic slot machine.
Decapitated, the survivors will be if they lose.
Rewards
- 1,000 EXP
- 200 Tickets upon the area where the Jacksplot 7 died.
- Regular Chests which may contain:
- Any regular items (such as Grenades but not Airstrikes or the Flash), 1x-20x
- Varying amounts of cash.
- Empty (Nothing)
Tips
- Beware of people that say Give Commands because they may spawn Eggs or Pumpkin Pies to throw you off.
- This also applies if someone is wearing Farmer's Jacket.
- Jetpack (Modern) is a must, you'll be torn to shreds from Ace Cards, Coin-Bots, or Jacksplot 7's attacks.
- After depleting Jacksplot 7's health, take care to avoid being underneath where he falls, as being hit will send you flying, likely resulting in your death.

- The Jacksplot 7 2017 version can be found here.

- The Jacksplot 7 is inspired on Slot Machine from Star Fox 64 and Chronos XI.
- The song Fierce Battle Theme from Metal Slug 5 was also used as reference for the boss design and attacks.
- The "777" on the torso is known as the "lucky number."
- Chronos XI makes a appearance on the lower part of the torso.
- It was added because Minininho02 had no idea of what add to the torso.
- The fists are similar to Chronos XI's fists.
- On top of the backside of the hand has the roman numerals of "VII," which means "seven".
- Funnily enough, the current Jacksplot 7 is based on this Jacksplot 7.
- The Jacksplot 7 was used for the April 2020 Because Minininho02 did not wanted to skip this year without a april boss.
