Summary

Papa G. was introduced in the Christmas Event 2019 as a Quest mob at the end of High Bye Die. As soon as you defeat him, you can enter the portal to fight Frosty Jr.

Previously, Papa G. Bread was rumoured to be the replacement to the cancelled Rhi-snow boss during the Christmas Event 2016 after PlaceRebuilder said publicly while playing a server: "[IT'S] PAPA G. BREAD NOW." However, the idea was scrapped, so Rhi-snow was brought back.

Background Story

Papa G. was the leader of the Gingerbread Men. He started a revolution because he wanted Christmas to be recognised as an official holiday in the peaceful Cake Kingdom. Eventually, his anger management and his bad habits lead him to order his loyal gingerbread army to start invading the Cake Kingdom. The survivors, who just happened to be travelling nearby, are the kingdom's only defenders against these sentient and explosive gingerbread cookies.

Papa G. was easily defeated. After months of roaming around the Cake Kingdom to see the destruction of all his followers, he then was hired by the Gatekeeper's son, who appointed him his head guard. Now, he guards the entrance to the North Pole along with his minions, seeking to take revenge on the survivors who ruined everything for him so long ago.

Tips

• Just keep your distance away from Papa G. as his offensive attacks, the Snow Flurry and Smash, requires you to be close to him.
• Despite being on fire, the Flamethrower will damage him.
• Due to his Heal Flex ability, it is recommended to attack him in a large group with high DPS weapons, such as the P90.
• While you could probably melee Papa G., it isn't recommended to be on his main island as the Gingerbread Minions are likely to smash you.

Trivia

• This takes the same appearance to the Christmas 2018 Elemental costume.
• Papa G. has a darker tone than the normal Gingerbread Minion.
• Papa G. Bread was a scrapped boss, though some people created false rumours saying he was at one point in Debug.
