The first company to establish itself during the apocalypse. Organized manufacturers became easier to establish, and thus a few groups of survivors who knew metalworking decided to form Leftover Brains. This company is known by many to be the de-facto manufacturer of cheap, and yet high quality weapons for new survivors.
When Antialepso later branched out from Leftover Brains, a deal was later reached to rename the old and the new to something similar to help promote recognition. L-Brain Sidework was the chosen new name for Leftover Brains.
