"The Gift of Peace seems like a cool color, red, until you see it coming out of your arm."
―GamingPersonified

Summary

The Gift of Peace is a mysterious gift wrapped with white ribbon and red diamond wrapping paper. People who hold this feel serenity and peace.

Inside... was a gift launcher? Well, nothing says peace better than a weapon, as the Americans say.

If this gift was equipped and clicked before Christmas, your character gave it a little shake and the game told you, "Can't open until Christmas!" This will stay in your inventory until you decide to open it.

Tips

  • When this gift has not been found after 30 seconds, it emits red sparkles into the sky, hinting at its potential position.
  • Like all gifts, the Gift of Peace will only spawn on zombie spawns, so check zombie spawnpoints if looking for this gift.
    • Hard-to-access or far away zombie spawns like parts of Panama Beach makes it harder to pick the gift out.
  • Like all gifts, this gift can be equipped, but it will take up your secondary slot.
    • This is technically a melee, but it does no damage.
      • During Debug, all of the gifts were an item and lacked a shaking animation.
  • Like the other 2016 gifts, this gift spawns on all maps and at all times at the start of the round, except if the map is Cake Kingdom, Casius Outpost or Rhi-snow Territory.

Trivia

  • You cannot pick this up if you already have it.
    • You also need to be a survivor to pick this up.
  • This has a 10% chance of spawning during rounds.
  • You could get this as a drop from a chest from the Rhi-snow fight.
    • You would only obtain one, regardless the number you obtain from the chest.
  • As with other gifts, the player will shake it to figure out its contents.
    • Here is an animation of a player shaking and holding the Gift of Healing.
  • All of the 2016 gifts look similar to the gifts in Cake Kingdom, but the only difference is that they have no glow.
  • This picture shows the original testing gift while it was in Debug.
    • By chance, it looks like the Gift of Peace.
    • It also looks similar to the gift found in the X-Mas Launcher.
  • The mesh can be found in the ROBLOX catalog under the Red Frozen Gift of the Master Developer.
