When I heard that the Parasol was going to be an item for the summer event, I had to get it first hand. As of this post, I sadly don't have it yet (people keep crowding the chests and of course the damn disconect attack don't help) but im not stopping until I get it! Anyways, on to the point. Between the various Fortnight comments about the air drop on King Crab II, came this idea as a permanent animation attachment for a weapon that might be available for three months. Another cool reason to get the Parasol before it goes bye-bye forever!

8/22/18: I never thought in the short while I've been here one of my posts would reach 100 kudos.
9/18/19: Ya'll have kept this post alive, and I am more than thankful for each and every single comment, kudos and even animation maker! However I must say this. I doubt anything will happen to the Parasol now that it was taken out from the game and made a limited-time game pass. I did have another idea for Parasol skins (Neo from RWBY, All Black, Umbrella Corps from Resident Evil, in-game R2DA Skins, etc) but I never got around to it because of personal reasons. I might make that umbrella skin post sometime soon, but it would seem kind of pointless to suggest skins for an event item that only so few will ever own. I never got the Parasol when the event was around, so I just got it from the game-pass the day he put it on the store. I know...a bit cheap on my part but it was hard to earn knowing I had to face not only Sand Crabs, other players yearning for it and that disconnect bug. Even then, it was a 50/50 chance on getting it and I really don't care for the Mini-Crab.
Once again, thank you all for getting this post where it is today. I honestly thought it would've died a week after I posted it...but no, its managed to last all summer.

IM MARY POPPINS YA'LL!!
- TheSopwithCamel
This animation changes the default gliding animation from the player grasping the parasol with two hands into a pose similar to what you see here. Lets face it, holding the parasol with one hand looks a hell of a lot cooler than hanging on for dear life with two hands while jumping out of a chronoligically incorrect 1950's plane onto a 1940's boss map
where you have to fight a giant crab while screaming "IM MARY POPPINS YA'LL!!!!" on the way down. Oh, and something about twisted towers should be thrown in there, because Fortnight is apparently more popular than Mary Poppins. Was I going somewhere with that? Probably not. BACK TO THIS POST!
Although a lot of people (including myself) have not seen the original movie, we all know that Mary Poppins flies in on a Parasol. Either that, or you just know what it is based on the Guardians Of The Galaxy V2 meme. Im both of those, but I also see a little bit of Neo from RWBY (see comments below for another idea, but one im not sure I'll work on myself) as well. I figured this animation would be a nice add-on to R2DA because we don't have a lot of animation modifiers for weapons and that this'll be a truly unique one if it was added! Not only will you get to show off to other players your unique one-of-a-kind-not-stolen-from-a-baconhead-newbie parasol, but the unique animation that goes along with it! Next Stop: Cherry Tree Lane!
Special thanks to SockeyR2D and BluZaw for the following images of what the "falling with style" animation could look like in the game! Granted, if it gets implemented it could look completely different.
