"You thought paying $500 dollars to unfold the Skorpion stock was bad enough? Try five times the price!" ―Littlelegoman21
Summary
The Foldable Stock is a, well, foldable stock available and equippable for the Spas-12. The attachment adds a decent amount of range but sacrifices a near unnoticeable amount of accuracy. It is best used if you want to try and use the Spas-12 as a more long-range weapon.
Background Story
The Spas-12 was loved by many. Easy to use and reliable, good for close range and suitable for longer-range combat. Some, however, wanted to go a little farther with it, quite figuratively and literally. They wanted to fold the stock on it out to make it a sniper-like shotgun. There was a slight problem though. During development, R-Brain Hardwork completely fixed the stock on top of the gun, making it able to be unfolded by the user. A group of survivors went to R-Brain Hardwork and demanded they make it so that the stock could fold out. R-Brain Hardwork complied, but survivors had to pay for the troubles it took to unfix the stock. On top of that, the gun was a little bit wonky afterwards.
Tips
- This attachment adds +20 range to the Spas-12, making it so that you can hit your shots at longer distances.
- Keep in mind, it does remove 10 accuracy, so you might not want to equip it if you try and go for longer ranged shots.
Trivia
- This attachment can be seen on the weapon if you don't have this attachment in the first place.
- It is visible on the Spas-12 prior to it being equipped, leading some to question why you need to pay $2,500 just to fold it out.
- The stock takes away 10 accuracy, however, it does not change the barrel at all.
- Not to be confused with the UTAH-23, another shoulder attachment for the M4A1.
