Make ticker's explosion size (and damage) depend on how far the ticker charges before it explodes.
This willl make the ticker much more easier to manage and prevent one from obliterating an entire squad by just charging when they get stunned or just charge into a nearby wall for easy kills.
The ticker should'nt blow up at all at pointblank range, and it's explosion radius goes up based on stud distance (or maybe a timer?)
it also glows when charging green, with the glow getting brighter the more potent its explosion becomes.
At close range its hardly a explosion, about the size of the Xmas launcher but a lot less damage. If the ticker manages to get a complete running start, then its a BIG explosion the instakills pretty much anyone (175+ dmg).
It doesnt quite nerf the ticker as it can now do insane explosions but they're much more balanced this way.
TL;DR: now, further it goes, the the bigger the explosion but you need to go a certain distance before the charge can cause an explosion
