Call me a necroposting son of a gun, but man did I just realize this thing actually got into the game (and broke after like 2 weeks).
Here comes le block :(
Let the game die. Holy shit. What more do you want? Another event that has 100 hours of work put into it only for the game to get like 300 players for 1 week?
The R2DA remakes are a clear indicator that there's no way R2DA will ever come back. Please, for the sake of all of the good times, let it go. I don't want R2DA's legacy to be tarnished any further. Go play the campaigns and maps that you've never played, use all of the guns extensively and experience the entire game before asking for any continuation. It's time to be grateful for once.
This has been enough R2D for a lifetime.
Reflecting on the last 8 years, in terms of R2D. Going over the petty drama, the notable individuals, somewhat regretting that I was never too personally implicated in the community.
Aside from that life isn't going anywhere right now. Maybe I'll start doing something for once, grow up, learn to do stuff. Hell, I haven't been interested in Roblox for a good chunk of time. L4D2 Versus is enough to scratch that R2D itch, but hey, R2DA is still here, though I'd rather not have to abuse max brutes just to clear out the mini-miniguns.
It's so surreal how you can pretty much summarize the downfall of R2DA to "they added a flying duck, and form then on all hell broke loose".
I just realized I made this suggestion back then... grappling hook then this? What a coincidence.
At least it got added into the game even if not for the P90.
RIP R2DA.
necropost go brrr
Just find someone to balance things out, he's got all the creativity and inspiration needed for such a project, although he mentioned it won't be a R2DA remake per se. At most something inspired by it.
You're stressing over it way too hard, if you truly did not exploit you will most likely not get banned since there wouldn't be concrete evidence of you doing so.
PR fell asleep with the studio open. Again.
Though it's not pleasant to even consider such a radical change, I totally agree that something should change and this suggestion is going in the right direction. At the moment, the changes you listed are a bit too different from the style R2D has set for itself, but ultimately a story-driven, intensively co-op shooter combined with the mechanics of R2D would be a unique and fun experience. I'd love to see it implemented in a separate branch of R2DA, most likely another universe like battlestation, apocalypse etc.
fianlly a lower rank weapon that doesn't have absurdly high range and poor accuracy.
kudos!
i dont think that removing stuff on your end will improve server performance, but it will surely help fps wise.
The ACOG is an attachment specifically made for use on the P90, as at the time of writing it has no ironsights. It also has a 2x zoom multiplier. If you are tired of not having a reliable sight for the P90, the ACOG is for you.
Due to the lack of any ironsights on the beloved P90, R-Brain Hardwork have developed a civilian-grade variant of the ACOG scope, featuring a 2x zoom multiplier.
-Please excuse my bad formatting, im just unexperienced. Help would be appreciated!
this remembered me of the aa-12 and how much i want it ingame ;(
basically a shotgun with slugs? sign me in. the worst part is that im gonna have to farm my guts out, but itll be worth it.
if you like making item concepts, you should make meshes instead of csg. looks great for a csg model though.
id rather have r2da changed from r6 to something like r10, the wrists and ankles of r15 make me sick
While i agree with the long takeoff time, the exploding feature is still needed. You actually have to be careful not to hit a wall while flying, and as for people placing objects in front, its classed as team killing and its bannable (although it should still be fixed). I suggest making the takeoff period shorter, the flight period longer and make it so the plane only floats at a maximum height (it will break most maps if it had longer flight but could go really high).
I'm that kind of person that let's you know exactly everything they've achieved (e.g. "guys i literally bought 10k snowballs XD"). The general response from people is along the lines of "did I ask?".
