How about giving the game to someone he trusts without paying them
[My opinion] Currently, the game's kinda dead, but if pr paid to get adds running to find a new developer, then he can defenetly push adds to get more players into the game. He can get the game to the top page if he does that cuz he has put a lot of work in it.
The game could be doing better once everything is fixed pr realy needs to advertise his game advertising will get him more players and maybe stop his game from dying.
I agree with pr needs to advertise his game but I don't think the game is dead yet unless the player count hits 0 players.
Earsponjason, the game doesn't have to reach 0 players in order to be dead. Dead game is when a game used to be popular but now it's not. The game used to be at the front page, but now almost nobody plays it
@TotallyNotYann Looking at PlaceRebuilder's application requirements, it's unlikely he can find a voluntary developer, or for that matter, a good voluntary developer. Taking over R2DA seems like a full-fledged job, with a 5 days / week 8 hours a day schedule, and it'd be near impossible to find someone quality enough in LUA to take over, while also doing it for 40 hours / week for free.
@Earsponjason Like Nikolas said, a game can be considered "dead" before the concurrent players are at 0. Of course, I don't agree with how Nikolas defined a "dead game," as I'd say a game is dead once the player count begins to fall in numbers without any hope of bringing that number back up. As in, less and less players keep quitting R2DA, and Place has no way of attracting new players. At that point, the game is dead, and it'd be time to wrap it up. R2DA still has a chance, but it'd be a lot of work to bring it out of the grave, and up to what R2DA was, or even what R2D was.
@XTso i mean giving the game entirely, like selling the game
So the owner of the game makes profit with gamepasses
@TotallyNotYann Profiting off gamepasses would entirely depend on how much ROBUX Place makes off R2DA. You can have no less than 100,000 to even use the DevEx service.
I mean thats how people that buy games make money
It's just not the most profitable and stable way to make money. It'd be much better to just go off of PR's 25k SEK / month offering, as it's stable and guaranteed.
What do you think?
