Before the R700 Nerf, The R700 was a monster. instantly killing you within a headshot. Even High ranked players used it.
But now, is useless. R700 needed a nerf.
But lets talk about the Dragunov a uncommon weapon used in FFA
Dragunov is pretty shit, almost the same damage as the R700, it needs a buff.

hey dude, thats not a way to judge other peoples suggestions even if other people have done it to you. the only thing really wrong with this suggestion is that it's ballanced around a secondary gamemode
i love the draganouv. i can insta zombies with a simple headshot and its semi auto. no need to nerf. maybe add a new scope cause the current one is confusing but other than that there is no need. as a rank 42, i will frequently take drag over barret. it may be preference but keep the draganouv. nerfing/buffing a weapon based on pvp was never a good idea anyways

r700 is op now , i mean it used to be so good , the only nerf it got is that price is 1k more and the damage is a bit lower , but its ammo is now 5/2 , legit 5/2 , this is now very op

Nah R700 and dragunov are fine, Just do headshots or just use your secondary pistol and finish them off
